workout journal

I'm starting my 5th week of D.C. so I have to keep a journal. Holy Shit,
I never realized how valuable it could be. Every workout I know I have to
beat my previous #'s, and so far I have every time. It is funny - I will feel
weak and think I cant even match my last #'s - but knowing what they
were and having that goal makes me dig that much deeper. Great tool
that I always made fun of. Now who was the idiot? LOL
I have even gained quality weight and I have been the same weight for
years. I thought I had just reached my limit - I guess I shocked some
more out of myself!!
 
a little off topic but i like to keep a diet journal so i know when ive peaked on carbs and when i have looked my worse and best,
