MC's IGF log
Started MC's IGF 3 weeks ago. 60-100iu range.
Im currently 3 months post cycle. I was pretty shut down, still not 100% so i imagine my gains should improve in the near future. I was having a lot of problems with sharp muscle/ligament pains, most have which have disappeared. Most notable are great pumps, less recovery time, and better endurance.
Being off is so much better when you can bridge with IGF.

did you start at 60 and go up to 100 or are you cycling higher and lower depending on training? or just averaging 80 a day?

to be honest it's awesome for both, works great in combination with a cycle or even during PCT. I wish I could stay on it all year long and actually I do go on and off every 4 or 5 weeks so it's kinda like all year

bro just go to the igf forum and read all the reviews, 99% who like are in no way affiliated with this site like reps or anything are, they are just regualr members and believe me when we fuck up they let me have it, so its not biased at allThanks.

MC's IGF is one of the best though. But its not like I get paid, or anything to promote MC’s IGF, the thing is... You dont have to worried about getting it from here. This site doesn’t sell illegal substances, nor does it promote where to get it- so you don’t have to worry like you do when you deal with other sites. That’s why I promote MC, there products - mostly there IGF.
Someone asked about the bridge. “So is it better to use as a bridge between cycles or during a cycle?”
I personally like my IGF for post cycle. Post cycle can be a bitch for most people. It depends how shut down you are. If you aren’t shut down, your still not gaining at the same rate that you where when you where on gear. So for me, its something to look forward to, specially this pct- im going to try going an entire 6 months aleast before going back on gear.
So back to my log….
I was making some awesome progress on the muscle tears and sharp pains I was getting at the tail end of my cycle. I took a week off from chest, and shoulders. But like a f-ing moron… I arm wrestled the bar manager at the place im bouncing at…..its a long story, but I had to beat that f-er cause he was talking smack. I beat him thank god, but that screwed everything up again. So now I have to wait another week before I can do chest or shoulders again.
As far as everything else. The balls are back… in full swing! Ya… baby!! Where’s that sexy mofo Mikeswift??? I want to teabag that bastard! YAAhhh....!!!

keep your tiny balls away from me you sicko, and next time I'm lying on the bed relaxing, I'm not falling for that old "hey does this look infected" trick... I still can't get the taste out of my mouth!

I sleep better than a baby while on IGF, I need to get back on soon because I haven't been sleeping well lately.

the only thing that bothers me is the night sweats, I don't have any other problems and as long as I put the A/C on the "Freezer Box" setting and get my wife some thermal PJ's it's all good!
