Favorite mass building exercise for any bodypart

What are your favorite mass building exercises for any bodypart? I love squats for my thighs and there is a sort of machine that mimics an incline dumbell press that I really love.
 
When you say mass I just think of squats but also gota go with vertigorocks - love
those heavy dumbell presses. Dam, for mass gotta go with just HEAVY BASICS -
barbell and dumbell - love em all baby (My sholders are starting to hurt thinking
about it)
 
Heavy makeshift t-bar rows with a barbell against the wall. It's one of my favorite exercises. Of course, some deep ass squats for legs! Can't beat that shit :D
 
I was thinking about MASS movements and made me think alittle, very little. If I had to do 3 excercises to grow with I would do T-bar rows, Deadlifts, D-bell Bench press.

Those would cover all major muscles and secondary muscles.. But I do know a guy who had a wide ass back and all he did was 10 sets of chins with close-med-wide grip...

If I had to pick one movement over all d-bell bench press. That covers chest-shoulders-triceps
 
I have had many loves... lol. I usually love something, then push it till i get injured. then dont love it anymore... :)

don't forget Squats... I don't love them but they pack the size on you overall
 
for me it's the handgripper...nothing adds mass like squeezing two pieces of metal together between a spring!!!

I was totally expecting this from someone! But seriously, I could handgrip and make pb and j sandwiches at the same time. It's a total body exercise, I swear :D
