How do you guys feel about short cycles?

what items are you talking about bud...in general I'm a fan of short cycles, but short can be a relative term depending on what you are going to use...theoretically of course.
 
I remember reading an article years ago about doing short Dbol cycles. It talked about going 4 weeks on 4 weeks of. If I remember they said it would not shut you down bad and that was the reasoning behind it. It sounded pretty good, but who knows.
 
this is a good point, the next cycle I'm running I debating whether I should run 8 weeks hard core or just split it up 4 weeks on and then 4 weeks off...resume :dj:
it's a shitty cycle but all things considered right now it'll have to do (tren ace, anadrol, dbol)
 
I also think the biggest factor is time on = time off. A SHIC would probably not do you much good if you haven't been off long enough.
 
Well all my lab rats have to use is 20ml/100mg Suspension for"For Experimental Use Only". The "BIG BUST" has depleted the Test supply and that is all they have to use. Suspension must be used ED with it's 12hr 1/2 life.. So I figured that They would trial run a 4 week-6 week program using:

100mgs Suspension ED for the first 3 weeks
50-100mgs Anadrol ED for the first 3 weeks
75mgs Parabolon ED 6 weeks
50mgs winstrol ED last 3 weeks

Those are great componants to run a shic with.

I would run it all three weeks strait, change the susp to 1 gram a week and save half the para.

yeah looks like you are in the same boat as me and my pits :evil:
seeing as everything is fast hitting and short lived I would think that for a SHIC it would be good
2 question though, how long has it been since your rats have done anything and what are your PCT
 
I feel 4 weeks is to short. I have done many short cycles, inspired by Paul Borresen, but after trial and error I feel 6 weeks is minimum, even with short acting esters and tabs.

almost 4 months..
unsure of PCT, prob the usual.
 
Big A makes a good point when he addresses the fact of water retention. More specifically, when one begins a cycle, nearly 100% of the weight gain is water (both under the skin and in the muscle itself). Muscle hypertrophy and muscle hyperplasia in large quantities (as such with DBOL, test etc.), simply can’t occur in a few short weeks. In addition, it takes a little bit longer for tendons etc to form, which you need to support that new muscle. So, 4–week-cycles are nothing less than stupid and 8 weeks can hinder your permanent gains. 12 weeks seems to be the magic number for me personally. Many may find longer (or I suppose shorter) to be ideal for them.
