    Default Saturday workout-guys

    Saturday!!! love my weekend work-outs. Usually dont have to rush. I been
    running around w/kids (vollyball games - birthday parties ect..) but am
    droping my little one off at a birthday party and have a couple of hours
    to kill and its by the new gym I'm checking out. Gonna hit it hard except
    for sholders (mine is still fucked up). Always makes me feel great Sat night
    when I've had a hard workout that day!!!!

    shit, I'm running out the door now - its 3:30. My gym also started closing at 2 but
    last week I got there at 1 and he was closed. If your going to have shitty hours at
    least be open for those!! I am now doing a free week at another gym that is open
    till 5. I'm working arms/traps and mabey light legs. Just fucking around untill my
    sholder gets close to 100% to start DC again. Better run!!

    Nice bro, I demo'ed one of my bathrooms today and swung a hammer for a few hours breaking up the tile floor and pulling off all the baseboard. I had to move the iron claw foot tub several times by myself so I'm pretty much done in terms of working out. I'm going to try and hit it first thing tomorrow morning and get my workout done so I can then move on to the renovations and have my workout behind me... I'm already sore!@ lol

    I should probably schedule a workout for the weekend. I could throw it in whenever the fuck I wake up, take as long as I want, and eat like crazy the rest of the day. Thanks for the idea man!

    I only work out on a Saturday if I missed one during the week. I like to have Sat. and Sun. for recovery. If I do end up working out on a Saturday, I'll do it before lunch time, and then I'd do like Teedubgee and eat like crazy for the rest of the day.
