What kind and how much fats are you guys taking in? Currently I get 9g of CLA, 3g of Flax Seed Oil, 3g of Fish Oil, 3 servings of Raw Almonds, and a serving of natty pb. Now that I look at it, that's not really a lot of fat. Any advice on what to up and by how much? I'm gonna try bumping the Flax and Fish Oil to 9g, and taking in 2 more servings of natty pb in everyday.
 
Dude I wish I knew enough about nutrition to help you here...I am just getting fat!!! :( Hopefully someone like SupermanPC will get on here and give you some good advice. But I'll bump it back up for you.
 
Thanks man. I do a shit load of reading, but sometimes that doesn't help for shit. I know a lot of people respond differently when it comes to nutrition, but going by people's experience has always been the best knowledge for me.
 
are you getting any other fats from the rest of your diet??? I like to fat load one day a week personally and eat a whole pizza or something along those lines. lol, problem is keeping it to once a week!
 
ya know, I'm kinda scared to do that. fuck, it would be nice, but I don't wanna risk it. anyone else think this is a good idea for me too? maybe not a whole pizza, but something along those lines.
 
Anything deep-fried does the trick for me. Go for KFC. You get the fat plus a lot of protein.
 
i get my fats from whole eggs, turkey, steaks, and peanut butter.
Between that and the test, my hair and nails grows hella fast. My cuts even heal faster than most peoples.
