Anyone watch the wrestlers? My husband keeps saying I should do this. I said only if I get a chance at Kong would I consider it. He says it is all fake and stunted? Any input????

Fake Yes! Entertaining...hell Yes! Well It Use To Be When The "rock" Was A Big Deal In Wrestling, Havent Watched It Since He Left

Oh --my bubble popped!!! Well he was right but it looks real. Kevan Nash is on there. He I think is from the rock era and Sting too.

Nash is from before the Rock era. It is entertainment and somewhat coreagraphed.
But you have to be pretty Fu#%&*g tough to be flying off the top rope, getting
closelined ect. Those guys/gals take a beating night after night. And even though
is is "fake", they are some tough suckers in real life. I saw Kurt Engal go against
some new guys trying to make it once. He beat the SHIT out of them. It is tough
to have 100 percent control on all the high speed moves they do. What about fliping
off the ladders and through tables? Like I said, they are some tough suckers. If your
good you can make a lot of $$$$ though!!!!

I thought some of it is not fake like you say with those high powered moves and jumps they have to take somewhat of a pain on themselves. I saw samoa joe kick bucertee's head into the railings once he propped his limp body in the chair then the blood was everywhere. PPV looked hardcore

dont know how it is now but they used to get more $$ for blood. Forehead is one of
the best spots - easy to cut and a LOT of blood. Check some of the older guys
foreheads, all scared up. Even just the closelines - if the timing or aim is off just a
little they could get jacked up. Brett Heart cracked his sternum once landing on the
ring post and kept going. His brother died from some crazy stunt they tried on pay
per view. Its "fake" but they get banged up all the time. Stone Cold almost had to
quit from a neck injury from a piledriver. He was out for a quite a while. The suicide
rate is huge - I saw a list a while back and recognized a ton of names - I had just
thought they retired but they committed suicide. Big Boss Man, all three of the Von
Ericks and on and on. I think it might have something to do with all the pain meds they must live on. Its not real but its real, if you know what I mean.

Ya---I know what you mean. Some of it is too banged up. We had a stunt man coming to our pain clinic and he is on high dose narcs. I asked hiim and he said they get banged up even though it is choreographed--can't avoid it.

They are pretty whacked or jacked up higher than us maybe
