What all ways of doing cardio do you find effective. Basically besides running.

Cardio variations you can think of that are effective for fat burning.

Also cardio variations you can think of for lung developement.
 
incline walking or elliptical burns the most fat for me. Elliptical hiit gets me in shape faster then running i think.
