okay here it is, i started my cycle about 6 weeks ago. i didnt see the results that i was expecting at all in the first 6 weeks. i thought that i would put on some serious size quick but it didnt happen like that. so i adjusted my diet. i up'ed the calories and started eating more red meat. i have gained about 10lbs since the start of my cycle. does that sound about right???? test e@ 600mg a week. the problem that i am having is now that i am gained weight i'm starting to get a little chubby in my stomach,. should i still continue to work out my stomach and concentrate on losing it when cutting? also how hard is it to actually lose stomach fat without loosing muscle mass??
 
yeah bro sounds right on the money considering test e is long acting esther so therefore you dont start feeling the test for atleast 4-6 weeks and then its realy consistantly in ur system and ur gains start to come on! So yes bro sounds perfectly feasable that u didnt feel or gain shit until week 6
 
Stomach fat is the last thing to go on the body in terms of losing fat! with that being said it is always best to keep working abs through all cycles consistantly! If you dont and u let ur stomach fat get out of hand then its twice as hard to get rid of!
 
Sounds like you need to adjust your diet. What are you eating throughout the day?
 
abs are made in the kitchen. and of course cardio helps. sounds like your diet is off. and just cause your not gaining weight on the scale doesnt mean your not growing. you could be exchanging muscle for fat. but i dont know anything about your history or your diet. so its impossible to tell.
 
diet as of two weeks ago consists of:

9am
, 4 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal

11 am
2tbsp of peanut butter on two slices of organic whole wheat flax seed bread.

1 cup mixed fruit, turket sandwich of flax seed bread 1 scoop whey

8oz cottage cheese (low fat)

ill throw in an apple of bananna every now in then throughout the day if i get hungry..

trying to stick to the diet as much as possible..
