Your cutting techniques.

Ive been reading up on some diet options for cutting. I have read some interesting stuff including only taking in carbs pre and post workout. I also read to make sure and have protein intake around 1.5 times your body weight which is a little low for me, but I shoot for twice my weight a day. What do you guys do for cutting. I am on igf right now to cut and doing treadmill work but Im curious of some of your methods especially since we have lots of guys in the know here.
 
Fortuanlty i stay fairly lean year round, so al i need to do is starve a few days,lol. and I wish i could get enough protien man! I eat like a fucking sissy
 
There are tons of ways to diet down..Carb cycle, palumbo, Keto ,ect, ect...they all work its just what you want to do...I personally if you want a cookie cutter program the Palumbo diet is great...It's guarenteed to work no matter who you are...Very simple diet...
 
Man Im kinda lucky there also.....I never really get fat so getting cut is a 1-2 week process and getting shredded (Contest look) Requires 4 weeks of low carbs and some dry oats and lasix......Very basic stuff.

Hey you have a link to that Palumbo diet? I have heard of it, but have never seen it. would like to check it out.
 
Nuk - If you have any question about the diet or anything Palumbo related I can help you out..I have worked with him a few times in the past for my shows, so I know the ins and outs of the diet and his cycles
 
All you guys who have no problems cutting suck. LOL. I have a crap metabolism as I have mentioned in the past. My wife always says that she has no idea how I am not a toothpick because I eat small portions 5 times a day and a couple protein shakes usually. I eat 2500 calories for maintaining size. If I eat more than that I blow up. I really have to watch carb intake. Thanks for the input guys.
 
chillin at 2600 cals a day right now and cutting, fat is coming off still slowly but surely, mediocre on the carbs mostly before workout and post workout no carbs at all after 5.
