I'd have to ask first how many people are using them? I always thought that bcaas were all just hype. You get all your aminos with your protein shakes and nutrition during the day. Is there anyone who has gotten good results from using them?
I read in an article in the last month's muscle and fitness that that was the 3rd most recommended supplement from sports nutritionists. I am curious as well about this. I started taking them when I was on the milos sarcev nutrition thing with all the carb loading and vitargo.
