bicep surgery went well yesterday. had a good surgeon. doc says i cant do shit at all for 2 weeks but then i will start working on legs hard. thinks it will be a year or so before my bicep is norm. cant go backto work for an estimated 8 to 12 months also.

yeah bro workmans comp insurance is paying me 80 percent of my wages and iam thinkin of running some igf to maybe speed up this proces. typeing with one hand is almost like cardio.lol

i hope. doc said that it would take a year to get back where i was so i hope so. i will scan and post up some pre and post op pics.
