Ive cut 15 pounds so far.

Ive lost some muscle for sure, but Im finally getting really lean. I am at 230 right now and in a 34 waist. I am shooting for 215. I have been cutting with nothing but an eca a couple times since a week before new years. I am up to 8 miles or so of cardio 6 days a week. It takes a while, but I promised myself I was getting to single digit bf. We will see.
 
It won't take long bro. I have a crap metabolism so here goes.

Protein shake and some type of carbs for breakfast. 45 grams protein I usually get some peanut butter 450 cals

Whole food meal which as of late has been chicken breast precooked and a little cheese on a low carb tortilla. If not that I eat some type of meat and around 35 carbs. I shoot for under 450 cals here.

Protein shake before cardio with milk 30 grams protein 100 cals milk 200 syntha 6

Protein shake after cardio 30 grams again same as above

Other whole food meal same situation as above less than 450 cals

Either workout and cardio or just cardio depending on the day and I have another 30 grams of shake.

I know I could use more whole foods but like I said it guarantees me weight loss and right now thats my concern.

My average day of cardio is 1000 cals of cardio according to my treadmill which is probably set for a 130 lb girl

2250 caloric intake. Now Id be lying if I said that was exact everyday but I can tell you I am not eating more than 500 cals no matter what on the whole food meals. Tonight I had a chicken breast and about 4 table spoons of pasta at 150 cals.


I just added one shake in. I was at 1950. I am seeing if this helps with the muscle wasting.

Just remember its the body set points which seem like a bitch to break through, the more cardio you add the more your appetite gets jacked up, patience is a virtue on this one, I am fighting the same battle and down to the last few pounds, I had to back off the cardio though a little I was overtraining legs , but there's plenty of time left for summer, it's why I started so early. Good luck
 
Fuckin a brotha working hard and its paying off, thats what i like to hear. Thats a shitload of cardio lol. Glad your reaching your goals brotha keep it up.
