Anyone do in and out curls?

I have started alternating these in sometimes. I do them hammer style some and just normal. If you don't know what I mean you lift the dumbells parallel to your body and then come in front on the next rep. They seem to hit the head a little differently than anything else I normally do.
 
I sort of do those. I suppose I just did that without thinking about it.
 
I hate doing Hammer curls, i just dont feel that great of a pump from them
