would you still train as hard as you do if you were natural?

Im pretty sure I wouldnt, but I would still hit the gym. and if i didnt plan on competing I wouldnt try to be so heavy as I am now. I would just try to hang around 200-210lbs with a very low bodyfat.

What about you?
 
I did my first show naturally, looked like shit. Took a few years off and came back after doing some cycles and was bigger, but even leading up to the contest I hadn't done a cycle for a little while. I never did a cutting cycle. I couldn't imagine how competitive I'd actually be naturally. I'd be like you, try to stay around a set weight and set BF and be content
 
Nope. It would be a waste of time. My genetic peak is about 185lbs lean.
 
i would hurt for two weeks after one workout. i have to stick to 12 sets on my off time
 
well natural to me is my HRT dose of 200mg a week...so I would train pretty hard...but totally clean...I would train pretty hard, but do more cardio to stay lean...I would rather be a super lean 200lbs all the time...instead of being a soft and clean 225lbs...
 
Shit, I trained just as hard b4 I went to the darkside. I have always believed that you get what you put into it. Just cause you aren't on gear is no reason to be soft at the gym.

Exactly! I trained just as hard, if not harder. I was actually bigger then, but not as conditioned and not as strong.

i would still kill it just as hard as i do now..i know i wouldnt be getting the same results as i do now but i want to push my body to the limit no matter if its natural or not..jus love feeling the "pump" and bein in the gym...
 
I'm not sure how to answer that question because I don't know what my genetic peak would really be since I've had to be on HRT. Had I normal levels of test to begin with, I suppose I would keep on training naturally although I'm pretty sure it still wouldn't be much so I'd guess a peak of 180 at the very most.
 
I always train as hard as I can unless I am injured. Then I take it easy around the injury regardless of being on a cycle. It's mental for me.
