Cheats while cutting

Who cheats while on cutting cycles?  Every week or so, when I'm getting that run-down feeling, I drop in a cheat meal of pasta, pizza or some other high-carb meal.  It makes me feel 100% better immediately, and makes me an animal the next day in the gym.  Anyone else do that?
 
:D  Your my kinda cut guy..lol...lastnight...large pepperoni pizza and about 4 cans of Pepsi.  The way i see it...I deserve to be bad every once in a while
 
I'm doing my cutting cycle too and at this moment I have downed 6 chalupas and a plate of spaghetti. Can't stand it after all these weeks of little carbs. I felt so much better...much better than sex  <!--emo&OL--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/butbut.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='OL'><!--endemo-->
 
I beleive you have to cheat at least evry five days ...for me it helps my body seemto respond better to the diet..
 
Every Saturday is cheat day for me and my girl. Nothing outlandish, but it keeps us sane. If you are craving something, it always only a few days until you can have it.

Plus, the change in calories/ratios is good ... as long as you aren't about to take the stage anytime soon ...

Usually we hit the local gourmet dessert place for a little something ... Papa John's got me this week though.
