Okay.  Everythings situated.  Zero hour is rapidly approaching.  I've got the first cycle almost all worked out.

10 weeks.
500mg of sust250 per week.
200mg of Deca per week.
200tabs of D-bol. (I'm thinking 25mg ED for four weeks but that may change to six.)
40tabs of Clomid for after and 100 Nolva on hand just in case.

This plan requires 3 injections per week.  How should I do this?  Originally I was only going to use 500mg of sust250 a week and inject on Sunday and Wednesday.  What should I do now that Deca has been added to the mix?

I know I shouldn't inject in the same place more than twice a week.  Should I inject the Sust twice a week in the same spot and the Deca somewhere else?

Mix the sus with the deca and do it twice a week.  1cc sus and 1cc of deca.  I would also up the dose of deca to 300mg.
 
I'll be doing about the same cycle bro, but 400 Deca.  And I may do 600 Sus, 500 Deca, with 35 e.d. Dbol.  Got clomid, nolvadex and armidex on hand.   I would definitely up your deca to either 300 or 400.
 
An after thought - yeah, mix the deca and sus, and do it twice a week.  it'll help with the pain of the sus, if there is any.  Just rotate.  Glut, quad, delt, delt, quad, glut.  Good luck brotha.
 
How exactly should I mix them?  The Deca is Norma, I think it comes in a 200mg amp.

How much of a difference would upping the amount of Deca make?  I can't really afford any more right now.  Poor student.  Gonna be a monster of a poor student soon. hehehe.  I was only going to inject 200mg of Deca weeks 4 thru 10 but my buddy was good enough to toss me along the D-bol for free so I could afford to get enough Deca for 10 weeks.  If it you guys really feel strongly about the Deca thing maybe I'll put off the cycle for a couple of more weeks and scrounge up some more bread.

P.S.  If anyone could give me any idea of what type of gains I can expect I'd appriciate it.  Just an average figure would be great.  I'm 25, first cycle, pretty lean, 175lbs, and 5'10".  With regard to my current strength:
- max. bench 260lbs
- max. squat 300+lbs
- deadlift 300+lbs
- right now, on arm day, my last set I curl 55lb dumbells for 6-8 reps.

My basic routine consists of four sets for every exercise increasing weight for every set.
- First set (warm up)  12reps (medium weight)
- Second set 10 reps (as much as I can lift and still get 10)
- Third set 8 reps (as much as I can lift and ......)
- Fourt set 6 reps (as much........)
 
up deca to 300 mgs inject sust dec blend mon wed and fri..make sure you aspirate the needle every time and rotate inject sites....
