Yeah, Jays left arm was really fckd. Phil looked absolutely amazing! By far the best BBr on the planet. Can't believe howmuch his back has improved!!!!!!!!!

With how much he improves every year, I don't see anyone able to catch up for a looong time.

And it looks like Jay fucked up pinning his right arm. Must've hit a vein or something. lol

I believe the official word was that he 'tore it'. Bullshit, Jay lifts relatively light and I don't think you could flex like that with a torn bicep.

He did say it wasn't a full tear from the bone, but more of a partial tear
