GOALS before the end of the year !!!

do you guys have any goals that you would like to hit before the end of the year..

I would like to get to 270lbs and maybe a little more.. This has been my goal for the last couple of years but this year I'm going to get there ..

Wat is yours ???
 
To bench 275, deadlift 500, squat 450...I don't really care where my weight is, but I'd like to add about 10 pounds to start out
 
Maybe not by the end of the year, but I would like to bench 300, squat 400, dead 500 for reps. That's my biggest goal right now. I'm pretty close (bench 275, squat 315, dead 405).

You'll get it man, like you said you're not too far off. I'm not too far either, last time I maxed on bench I was at 265, just deadlifted 455 yesterday, squats are around 315 for 5, I don't do 1RM since I don't have a spotter
 
My goal at the start of the year was to weigh 200 and bench 300 by the end of this year. I think I can still do it.
 
End of the year....get my BW up about 15lbs Increase my bench, squat & deads by atleast 25%.

When I quit lifting, I was 185lbs bw, benching 360 for 3 sets of 10 and squatting 450 for 3 sets of 10. I've been a deadbeat for the last 5 or so years and now, I'm more like 250/6 on the bench and 300/5 on the rack.

I'm 5'9" 200lbs and damn near 41 years old now.....shit hurts more!

I just started dead lifting, never did them before because I was afraid of a bad form FU.....I can barely deadlift 300 for 1 at the moment. I'm hoping to get a good 400 deadlift for atleast 1 rep by spring.
I know.....I'm a wuss man....but I'm getting there!

I think if you can bench double your weight, squat and deadlift 2.5-3 times your weight you're doing pretty good. I'm pretty close to the squat and deadlift, but my bench sucks big time
