Would you consider using synthol? I know it's been brought up a lot lately. When would you guys consider using it? I know a lot of people use it for comps, but if you weren't planning on doing a comp would you consider it and if so, when? I'd think a lot of people would use it when they hit a plateau, but was just curious

Never. Not worth it IMO. Unless you are or have a legitimate chance at being paid to compete, Synthol is just one of those things where the risk > reward. That's just my opinion and I do this as a hobby and for healthy reason, I have no desire to step on stage.

Some use it when they train and train, but there's a body part that just won't come up. This often happens with arms because the fascia is so tight.

Yea, that seems to be the most popular place to apply it to. I'm not sure if or when I'll ever use it, but it's certainly appealing. I'd definitely consider it on my calves. I've got little man syndrome though so I think that's why it's so appealing to me

I dont think theres much risk at all as crg said, and i think if its used properly to help bring up lagging bodyparts then thats fine
