Drag Curls...

Other than Metal, does anyone else do these? I've never tried them, but have been looking at different exercises to try to change up the arm workout. I was just wondering if these are a good alternate to other types of curls or if I should just stick to what I've been doing
 
I was just showed them recently .. couple of vids on Youtube but only a few look right .. Basically you pull your arms back and drag the barbell against your body as you bring it up .. I haven't quite mastered the form yet ..
 
Once you figure out the movement these work fckn great. Totaly isolates the biceps. I have done these for years!!!!!!
 
I dont use the smith for them, and Chris250 originally posted that he did them which led me into doing them. Since that tendonitis flared up on right wrist, it doesnt feel comfortable to do right now, but is a great pump exercise. It hits the Bi different than the rest of my workout
 
I'm going to try them next week. I know it'll take me a couple weeks to get the form down to a T, but all I've got is time
