What is your fav piece of gym equip? I have to say it's a toss upo between hammer strength hammer row and seated hammer incline press. I get a better range of motion using these. Prob because it's way easier on my joints and shoulders....

Damn that's a tough one. If you're just talking about favorite as opposed to the one I would need the most, I would say the upright Hammer flat. I love alot of different pieces. Most necessary would be a power rack.

actually two pieces i like best...hammer shrugs, and the standing one leg curl machine

I would say the flex lying leg curl, it just fits me perfect...Flex leg press, and Flex hack squat machine....

I love the hammer peices to...Hammer incline press is my favorite ....

all time favorite machine ....crap I cant say....I have so many at so many gyms....

Magnum makes a killer (KILLER) Incline plate loaded press that is awesome on the chest....

Anything Icarian!! unfortunately, theres only one gym in the Dallas area that carries it and that Strouds gym an hour away from me. I train there any chance I get. It just seems like the angles on their machines hit my body better than any other companies!
If it had to be one machine I would have to say a hack squat!

I've not seen a lot of the hammer strength machines you guys are naming, but what my gym does have from them are awesome so I'd have to say that I'd be happy with anything from them

I'm not a big user of machines but when I'm injured or hurt they're indispensable for me. I know there's some "fad" factor to it, but the reverse hyper is awesome for my back and a rare machine to find in a gym ... there's 3 gyms fortunately near me that have it but it can be really therapeutic feeling to use when my backs feeling off (incidentally front squats for some reason give me a similar feeling even though its counter intuitive). I used to love the GHR machine but it feels horrible on my knees when they're anywhere less than feeling 100%. And I really like the pullover machine for the stretch I get out of it ... I can't duplicate that feeling with anything, although I do love cross bench pullovers but it feels nothing like the machine.

Dumbbells and any cable stack. I make up some pretty cool movements with a cable stack as long as it has a top and bottom pulley.

Machine lateral raise. Haven't found anything that solely isolates the delt and gives ridiculous pumps.
