IFBB St.Louis Pro Bikini & Figure - NPC Midwest Bodybuilding & Bikini

Well tommarow morning (right after training) FitSarah and I are heading down to St.Louis to help out FitSarah sister in her bikini competion. She is doing this show, to get her NQ for Jr.Nationals. She is looking great, very lean and just the right amount of muscle for bikini. Ofcourse, Ill keep everyone updated on the show, NPC and IFBB with lots of pictures...So watch this thread starting tommarow night....

wish her luck, I have a good feeling about this weekend...:gold:

in st.louis now, in our hotel room...

what sucks is im paying 8 dollars a day for internet service...WTF !?!?! why, should I pay for internet when the room is $150-160 per night...and thats with a discount...uuuggghhhh

I feel good, one of Muscular Development photographer's chased her down after check in to give her one of his cards. I dont know if he was doing that for all the girls or not. (I honeslty didnt get that vibe from him) but he complimented her, and said she looked great and he would get tons of stage shots of her. She does have almost the perfect body and face for bikini. Once she gets her implants in, I will say its on for her in this sport. She will do well today, but for the future, after July (her surgery) she will be killing it in this sport...

well it looks like she is gonna get 6th...she was in the middle of the second call out...(she actully got moved to the middle)

She looked good, it was kinda rushed today... not alot of direction for the competors...but it was a tough show...

yes, she is doing the Mr.Iowa/Midwest Championships in 2 weeks. In Davenport, Iowa. i feel like if she can get just a tad leaner threw the midsection she will get her NQ. She was close this past weekend.

I may've missed it, was that her first show or has she competed in the past? Good for her, anyone who can get up on stage like that...I get butterflies just thinkin about it, Lol! Oh and what about FitSarah? Any plans for her?

even before i read your post i looked at her pics and thought the same thing, if she was a tad bit tighter through mid section.

I maybe wrong but I think it was her second show.. I know Emily and she is a beautiful young lady and she is going to go a long way in this sport !!!:gold:

this is actully her 3rd show..first show was Midwest Natural Classic then she did Jr.Nationals, then this show this year. Those shows was in 2010...
