looking good brutha! What r ur last week plans in terms of water and carb manipulation? just curious
 
here is my thought. every year i look great weds thurs before the show, what did i do? nothing, stayed on the diet and cardio/workout...then show time comes and i either nail it right on the head or i fuck it up. why change it if its not broken

why carb deplete for a week then introduce a bunch of carbs again and shock your body. why water load? because people tell you to bc thats what bbers have done for years.

times have changed, drugs have changed, methods have changed. with that being said. i will do the EXACT same thing as i have been doing 300g of protein per day 120g of carbs per day, i will, however, limit sodium this week. i will 'load' fri and it will just be a small one, not gonna force feed my body. it will be a straight clean carb load too, brown rice, yams, rice cakes/natty pb, none of this shit loading stuff.

diazide 1/2 tab 3am, then another 1/2 tab 9am morning of the show.
 
Looking good! Is your show Friday or Saturday? Just wonder about the cardio, I always do my last cardio Wed am if the show is on Sat and no leg training the last week or else may hold water in the legs. Also if you sit down a little bit on your side chest it would bring in more of your leg development. Good luck, cannot wait to hear how it goes or look at it online! Don't blow your brains out, it's almost over!!!!

show is sat at 12pm. my last cardio is thurs am, i will do a full body depeltion workout fri early am, then feed the machine. wet carbs at frist then as the night progresses and i dry out, dry carbs until show time.

as for my side shots, it seems as i have more lines when i stand up more than when i sit down. ive played with it a few times. what i need help with is how do i make the hams pop in my back poses! i have good hams, i just need to show em off

I wouldnt step foot in the gym any time past wednesday in my opinion brutha, I would have my feet up from wednesday night til saturday morning.

This is how you have done it before? Just curious, as I dont hear of too many people doing this on Friday.
