Mr.Iowa/Midwest Championships this weekend !

Well off for another show, for the weekend. Going to help out at this show, and do some backstage work for the promoter. Sarah's sister is doing bikini again, my buddy is doing it to as a middleweight. Should be a good show. Alot of people think that this is a easy NQ, but then everyone enter's it and makes it alot harder than what they thought...

At the hotel now...went and had a nice meal with the wife...Emily looks great...seen dexter at the hotel...he looks like, well Dexter....nothing special, but he is still mr.olympia...just not huge...looks pretty lean though...cause his face looked sunken in...so maybe he is getting ready for a show....

Cut her water out at 9pm...she was pretty dry before...I had her eat a small sirlon steak, and some sweet potatoe as her as meal...only carbs she has had all day...For the last show, after prejudging I had her eat a steak and potatoe and she looked even better. So im trying to see what it will do if she does it tongiht...Ill put in half a dyazide at 5 am...then maybe 10 am again...but depends on her look...last time, I think I tried to pull to much out, and it made her look softer...

How did she do bro

well she is in another tough class. she had 10 girls in her class, and it looks like 6th place again. she looked good, but just doesnt have the balance from top to bottom without breast. It really takes away from her, and all the other girls had decent inplants. One girl from the gym we train at should be in the top 3, she looks great. Killer body, but hair and make up isnt the best. But bodywise she is right on...

As for my buddy he will get 2nd in the middleweights in the state show, but in the midwest show, he will prob get 5th (tough class) it was a battle for 2nd to 5th place for those guys. they were all simular in height and size, and even conditioning. But they all had flaws and strong points, so it was a battle...
