What is your favorite pre-contest stack to use the final 30 days before competition?

Everybody has their own method of dialing in for a show. I'd like to know what stack has dialed you in best in the last month of your contest prep? I have tried many different combinations. So far, what brought me in my best condition were these two stacks:

For my first show, the last month I dropped everything except for inject stanazol, 100mg eod. I had glute striations for this contest. Every show after this I have been too afraid to drop size so I kept several things in my final month's stack.

The other stack that worked incredibly well, but may have been better had I dropped a few of these compounds, was the following:

700mg stanazol,
700mg npp,
700mg eq,
700mg test prop,
700mg masteron.

I am now thinking to get the most striated I should only keep stanazol and masteron in the mix for the final month...perhaps halo, but it makes me feel ill/toxic very quickly.

What is you favorite pre-contest stack 30 days out? :bber:
 
the last 30 days...I would say this has given my best results on hardness, and keeping my mass...

test prop 200mg EOD
tren ace 100mg EOD (only run this high dose last 4 weeks before, otherwise I would start at 50mg EOD then bump to 75mg after a few weeks)
masteron 100mg EOD or proviron (oral) 50mg ED
winny (oral) 50mg ED or inj. version at 50mg EOD
hgh 4 iu's (up to the last week, then cut out)

im going to experiment with some halo the final 2 weeks next time when I compete...I've never did it, but everyone says its the best for that grainy look
 
I've yet to get into acceptable shape for a show. I'm really hoping next year is different.
 
I have used prop, tren ace and winny last 30 days til show, dropping prop week out and running tren ace straight through the show!
 
This could be a very interesting thread. I've never done AAS leading up to a show, just off season
 
I think I have the diet down, just not the correct gear stack. My last 2 shows I found that 2 pancakes every 2 hours from 4am through the start of the night show, with 1/5 of a dyazide tab with each meal, makes me incredibly dry and full. If I don't have 2 pancakes every 2 hours I go flat. My body metabolizes foods incredibly fast. Last show, I threw in a bit of scrambled eggs and bacon with each pancake meal. I try not to consume liquids the day of the show other than a tiny sip if I start cramping.
 
For the record, my last 2 shows, i ate a big old steak the morning of the show, shot my tren ace, sipped on water and carbo force before going on stage!
 
Presser, how did you look with that protocol? Seems like more liquid than I would take in. I'm always paranoid about consuming water after 12 noon on Friday.
 
one thing to add or consider is pharm grade aromasin the last 30 days...it works wonders drying you out and dropping excess water
 
The thing that scares me about aromasin is that women who take it for breast cancer have a huge bone density loss with use!!!!!

me? where do you see me taking in a lot of water brutha? i always did a very traditional sodium, and water load and cut. I did not take in a lot of liquid, other then right before i stepped on stage, and my first show was a problem as i couldn't get pumped up before going on for prejudging, so i wish i had of take in more honestly, I won my class and looked really good mid way through prejudging , but felt like i couldn't get a pump real good. I looked like absolute shit though for the night show cause after prejudging i thought that i had the show won, so i drank up and i looked like pure shit and lost the overall, so lesson learned = stay tight lol,. But i looked really good in the morning, not so much at night lol
