    Default Short or long cycle?

    I'm on hrt so I never really come off , so I'm looking at gaining a good 30lbs lol by next year, so should I do a 8-12wk then stop and reset, and then do again , or just keep going ?

    A good 30lbs is pretty much impossible bro if you're looking for quality. Regardless, longer cycles always work better for me and everyone else that has ever tried them that I know. Lower doses and longer durations allow you to build up tissue and not just intracellular water. I remember you being a pretty big dude already if I recall correctly. I prefer now to stay much leaner and tighter and gain real quality tissue. That way you don't lose as much muscle when you diet down and you get to enjoy your physique year round. I was 244lbs today and it's the best I've ever looked. My strength is awesome and its obvious I'm carrying substantially more muscle than last year when I was 270lbs.

    I'd say a longer cycle will yield more sustainable growth. Anything you pick up in a matter of a few weeks will most likely be lost, but over the course of a long cycle, your body will be used to carrying the extra weight and will be more susceptible to maintaining it also

    Ditto what Wv and the Dude says.. Longer smaller dose is now my choice and seems to be what works for me..

    Hey bro, I've been on hrt for about 20 weeks now, gained 20lb with a bulking diet from about week 4-12 and now pulled the diet back by about 1000 cals a day and increased reps a little. I dropped about 4-5lb fairly quickly but have held onto a good 15lbs so far. I'm taking 250mg of test about every 10-14 days.
    I'm thinking of taking a break while using some PCT in about a month and see how it goes.
    I've done 12 week cycles in the past but found I'd lose more than half of any gains each time so I'll be interested to see how the break goes.

    longer with lower dosages is safer than short with higher dosage. Long cycles will be okay but don't go crazy on the dosage because AAS does effect your heart bro.


    Also myostatin inhibitors help a lot on size gain and strength gain because it inhibits myostatin which it makes your body to be in an anablolic mode 24/7. Myostatin tells your body to stop making muscles because it needs the energy for other things so when you inhibit it your body makes a lot more muscles. That plus anabolics equal amazing results and you won't have to do high aas dosages.

    High doses of igf is working pretty good so far for me

    A good buddy of mines is in his 50's, he is also on trt and he only dose 20+ week runs. Then back to his trt dose. He got up to 300lbs but didn't like how it affected his daily life, so he cut back down to about 255 right now.

    I've never seen the purpose of short runs. Fck that!!!!!! I wouldnt even waste my time on anything less than 18 weeks.....

    They were some companies that had some out that had the tag proteins at the terminal site of the peptide and they gave flu like symptomes. I think some people that used precision's products had some issues and precision started selling their folli to other companies(which I'm not going to name) but the story goes on.

    Our stuff is not tagged and all of them are legit. They are multiple logs up on PM which can back the products up. Many people have use them and have logged from. Actually they are couple of musclesci also.

    I say make your cycle longer but please don't go insane on the dosages. Unless your going to bodybuilding for a living then it's worth messing up your heart. I love AAS as much as the next guy but some people take the stuff to the next level and never step a foot on a stage. The reason I recommended myostatin inhibitor is because with a okay dosage of AAS for long time+myo inhibitor=insane cycle with amazing size and strength gain without your heart taking a lot of damage.

    If you are afraid of the purity of the peptide then I can assure you that you should not have anything to worry about. Ergopep has spent waaaay too much time and money in their company to ruin their reputation over couple of bucks.
