How many train the brachioradialis muscle?
How many of you target this with hammer curls and reverse curls. I started maybe a year ago and I've noticed a substantial increase in my arm size due to it. It also looks really cool when it's well developed. Standing relaxed, the big muscle on the top of the forearm goes over the elbow and sticks out above the elbow on the outside of the arm between the bicep and tricep. I've found you have to do the exercises very strict to hit the muscle.

Seriously, I do heavy hammers and reverse curls. I also do a lot of reps for forearms in general. I'll hold a dumbbell straight down and curl the weight towards my body for 25 reps (like a normal wrist curl) then 25 reps with the weight going away from my body (like I'm trying to make the back of my hand touch my arm).
