Hamstring mass movement

Man I wish I knew! I need some size on my hams! They were so weak in high school that when I got a physical I wasn't able to move the nurses hand when I curled my legs...
 
i would say lying leg curl, seem to like the leg curls better than stiff-legged stuff, i feel like it develops more drop to the hamstrings.
 
I need to do them one legged , because one is bigger then the other since I had knee surgery and the was two years ago!! Wtf I need to train more!
 
Romanian deads really help my hams like no other. I just need to get my ass back into doing them
 
Lying leg curls, barbell stiff leg deads, seated leg curls, feet high leg press, wide stance squats or hacks...
