If you quit lifting....

If you quit lifting for a few weeks or however long for whatever reason, what body part shrinks the quickest? I haven't been training legs lately and I hadn't noticed until today how small they've gotten. I can quit lifting for a couple weeks and nothing seems to be drastically different except my legs

my legs have always been bigger from sports since i'm short and work harder than taller people do to accomplish the same thing in sports...my delts shrink first
 
Bicep, quads, calves, upper chest fck I just waist away lol
Though my delts are loyal, might lose the pop but never the size
 
I JUST went through hiatus
Maybe its because Im a female, but I defiantly loose my stomach and leg definition... My ass turns ghetto real quick
Ill have traps and lats for life, theyre too loyal

A ghetto ass isn't necessarily a bad thing to gain from not lifting. It is much better than having abs turn into a beer gut
