ECA Stack Help

This is my first time using ECA. Normally I use the normal clen/t3 but that shit is getting harder to function with daily work and I feel like a crackhead in meetings from the shakes so I went to the ECA.

It's kind of hard to hit it on what works; one large dose like Presser does (50E/800C/325A) and some like splitting it up into multiple doses. Today I did two doses of 12.5E/400C/325A and feel pretty good, no dosing off at the desk.

What do you guys do?

Anyone do YCA?

Also does anyone remember the name of the former board sponsor that had straight Ephedrine?

ECAY is much more effective, but yohimbine hcl has to be taken on an empty stomach usually first thing am is best and without carbs. I recommend ECAY as 25-400-whatever-15 first thing am and then the standard eca stack pre workout.

I can't handle pressers caffeine dosage. I'd literally have to be sedated if I took that much caffeine.

Is there a difference if baby asprin is used? Also which yohimbine would you use?

I think baby just means its 81mg tabs

+1 for primaforce yohimbine hcl... you can get it at the vitamin shoppe too!

I'm taking it twice a day for the past few days; first thing am on an empty stomach and around lunch time.

I bumped it up tot two 25mg/400/325 so at the end of the day it's 50g/800mg/650mg

Wow, only a few days on ECA (25mg/400/325 twice a day now) has been good. I don't "feel" the 3 but my core is up, still able to eat and not supresed like on clen which I will add later. Sleep fucking sucks though but I'm taking a sleep aid and it seems to have knock me out heavier, not sure if the Diphenhydramine HCl in unisom has anything to do with that. and looking leaner without doing any cardio last week.

I'm using Walgreens generic brand ephedrine HCI. Is there a difference between pseudo ephedrine?

My yohimbine hcl dosage varies bc too much for too long and anxiety whoa momma LOL. I usually do 4 caps on days when I'm not doing cardio and 6-8 on days when I do morning cardio.

you probably won't get anything out of the pseudo ephedrine

as long as its Ephedrine HCl and Not Ephedrine Sulfate ur good to go, does walgreens brand also have the Gauffinessan expectorant in it at 200mgs?

And why are you not just using Primatine brand from walgreens?

OK cool, it's HCI. Yes it has the same 200mgs I compared it to Primatine and it was identical. Even the pills look alike. Im using the generic, it's about $4 difference.

I did ECY for the first time but only two caps just to see if I was allergic or any reaction. Didn't feel much difference but I dropped my caffeine. did 25/400/5 for cardio this morning. I'll bump it up to 25/400/15 tomorrow so 6 caps of Yohimbine.

yeah i didn't know there was a good generic , me and my wife have to take turns buying the ephedrine, cause they scan our license and we can only get 2 boxes each per month, and i take 4 per stack and she takes 2 per stack, so we blow through them,

I've been thining about bumping it up to 4 which would be 50mg of ephedrine per serving. Now I take 25e/600c/10mgY, honetly man I love this fat burner, Im lean as hell but I feel it effecting my sleep now.

My wife just picked up another box for me too. I still have one more box I can pick up this month

Honest to GOD, and i posted this elsewhere, when i went from 25mg to 50mg ephedrine per stack with 800mg caffeine and 325 aspirin, it was like night and day and i got so shredded so fast, i literally can't pinch shit on my abs, i mean theirs nothing there but thin skin right now and all started when i doubled my stack dosages!
