Hey Guys and Gals,
I was sitting here eating my Pre-Workout meal and was curious about everyone's routine split. I follow a 2 day on and 1 day off split No Matter What Day of the Week it falls!! I see a lot of people at the gym who will do Chest on Monday no matter what. Today just happens to be Leg Day for me which got me thinking about this....
Anyway, lets hear it guys and gals. I love hearing about other folks routines, splits, etc......
