stimulant use over time

As of late, I have been very tired and just run down feeling. I also have some low back pain and I'm thinking it may be from using eca for months on end. Has anyone else had this problem? Or do all you crazy people just stay on stimulants year round? I'd really appreciate any input anyone can give me. 99% of the time I can figure out my own problems, but this one really has me stumped.

i stopped taking them for about 2 years and then just started using them again here and there, i honestly prefer life without them.

side note, i started taking 5 ephedrine as of yesterday, each being 12.5mg and whoooo I'm flying high!

ok back to you now lmao

Yea i pretty much have some stimulant every day. I havent gone over a month on eca mostly use it preworkout the pat 2 months

It would prob be good to give stims a break for a month or so and get some good rest

Ok man. I'm feeling better today, but I was super tired the past two days and I thought it might be from a stimulant crash.

Presser, have you literally gone years without a break on ECA and do you ever feel run down? Please give me some input.

no i don't crash from it throughout the day if thats what ur asking, it lasts me all day long. i just get to a point where i know its time to take a break i guess, which I'm coming up on very soon, i been back on it for a couple years now or more, and need to take another break and stick to coffee for a while,

What signs do you recognize that make you know you need a break?

Also, I've been on it about a year. I don't think that's too horribly long. The max I've used is 3 x12.5mg with 400mg caffeine 2x ed as well.

my heart starts hurting lmao, and its not making me wanna go number 2 so easily, then i know its really wearing off, and i don't wanna up the dose too much, i think I'm maxed out now and have kids i'd like to watch grow up, so I'm getting close to that point now

oh and I'm going to continue with the aspirin when I'm done taking the stack, don't know why, other then i know its good for ur heart to a point, and I'm getting older and afraid to just stop everything cold turkey so i wanna keep the blood thinning aspirin in there for a while anyhow

Ok thanks. Yeah I probably need a break. My heart hasn't started hurting. But number 2 has been more difficult!

You know I was thinking the same thing prior to takin my current combo (aqua/cyto). I did notice my lower back hurting yesterday like I'd been killing some crazy ass deadlifts, but that aint it. I've never really experienced the heart pain that I can think of or difficulty with the number 2. I can tear up some porcelain with my number 2's so I think I'm good there.

I'm probably gonna run this combo (aqua/cyto) for its length then cycle off from anything but the gear for a little while. Any thoughts?

You're using clen and t3 which is a whole different story.

Presser, what do you think of using an otc fat burner on my eca off time?

I prefer not use stimulants either. My body reacts too much, and I get really jittery and can't function.

No matter what the stimulant, the body gets used to it, and when you go off, you do start to feel run down. Moderation is best for anything really, so it's best to give the body breaks from any kind of stimulant stack. My wife likes to drink Coke, but now and then she feels like she is getting too much, kind of like Presser and feels cardiovascular discomfort so she takes a break. Stimulants can cause you to over-tense muscles without you really knowing you're doing it which could be the cause of your low back pain. My wife catches herself clenching her jaw at night and consciously has to relax it because it causes her to have bad headaches.

Really good post man thanks for the input.

Why do you prefer life without them?

pretty much for the same reason bigz listed below. i just feel clearer and i guess healthier, i dont like that heart pounding feeling.
i stopped using them when i had a really short time i could work out in and figured if i couldnt power through a 50min workout on my own i shouldnt be doing it. i recently started back but am going to stop using them after i am done with this bottle.

When I started feeling run down from them I take maybe a week break & some ketotifin before bed...works like a charm
