Im new to this and need a BIG kick start, whats the best n safest steroids to build muscle to help, n strip my bad bad hard fat. Thanks!

diet and cardio is the best way to strip fat, steroids promote protein synthesis, so you might wanna get your bf % in check before thinking about using gear, what are your stats?
