Online Coaching for bodybuilding pre contest, diet & cutting fat healthy

Alright let me get to it.

Do any of you know of a good Online personal trainer and nutrition coach, someone who is not outlandishly expensive? I do not want those pay a fee for a cookie cutter type diet and training. I am looking for someone legit, someone who is absolutely wise and knows what he/she is doing, and, someone who is really good with Chemicals too. I do not reside anywhere in the U.S. so everything will be done online.

I am extremely determined to do whatever it takes, I simply require the right guidance and would like learn what works and what does not. I've tried personally in every which way and can't seem to get good results.

I am 40, 5'10" (178 cm), 15%bf, 180lbs (82kgs). I had undergone a surgery recently and recovering so I did lose my gains. However I am now willing to push myself. I am tired of being at this point and unable to see results. I also would like to maintain everything long term.

MuscleChemistry use to sponsor bodybuilders here from MuscleChemistry and we also paid for some of their trainers, and I know one of our top guys here "nuknuk" used George Farah, and i use to send him the checks direct and i don't think he is all that expensive to be honest! I can't remember exactly what we paid him but he really got guys in great shape and i also heard other guys say he was a solid trainer, you send him pics every so often and he will help you get the results you want, now i know he was a competition coach , but I'm sure he takes on normal clients as well, so it might be worth it to give hims shout out, and tell him the "Presser" the owner of MuscleChemistry.com sent you his way and he may give you a slight break

yeah nuknuk hasn't been around in some time, but geaorge farah is always around and taking clients from what i understand, just hit george up and ask his costs, easy peasy
 
I had asked George Farah earlier this year about online coaching and he stated it will cost $5,000 !! :/ I do not want to be at competition level, although I would love to but not right now. His costs plus all the chems plus everything else, I will have to sell my kidneys. Props to him though, he certainly knows what he's doing but I truly cannot afford that.

so how much is the going rate for a kidney anyhow lol, i might buy it off ya lol
 
Take a look at this guy, I have heard he will do flexable payments. He's pretty popular on another forum. 3JSDIET.COM
 
Bro yr in a huge city, surely there must be trainers locally who can assit you. I almost went the online thing for my shows but found a local trainer who was competent and only 30 miles away and cost $500 for entire thing including once a wk assesments, diets and chemical tweakings (plus gas of course). Its hard to beat consultations in person.

I'm looking for such a trainer, he is affordable. Anyone you one Online or does he particularly? Trust me Bro I wouldn't be on here if I could find one locally.
 
I know two IFBB pro's that do it here in So Cal so PM me if you want their info and I can introduce you to check their prices.
 
if your looking for diet advice some of them do a one time diet fee, or they have different options for you to chose from because they realize not everyone is a competitive bodybuilder.
