recurring gyno when off-cycle...

anomaly

New member
hey guys,
i haven't touched any AAS for about a year...a few months ago, i noticed that i had some gyno under my right nipple...nothing bad, but enough to be tender and large enough to notice (maybe the size of 1/3rd of my pinky finger)...i've been able to reverse growth in the past with AI/SERMs (fyi, i'm not a newbie to the game - ~8yrs experience with AAS back in the day) ....i used letro (not my first choice, but what i had on hand) and got it back to flat and normal....no biggie....then a couple more months goes by and i noticed that the damn thing was growing again around the first week of december...wtf? because i wasn't on any HRT or taking any prohormones...the ONLY thing i was downing regularly was muscle milk post workout....as i said, i have been clean for about a year.....anyway, i started up with ralox and exemestane and knocked it out in about 3 weeks....

here's my question....this is the first time that i've ever had any gyno start when i'm off a cycle....i could understand if it was directly post-cycle due to a rebound, but it's been a freaking year and then it crops up out of the blue....i suppose i could attribute it to hormonal changes in my body as i get older (almost 40), but regardless of the cause, i'm curious if anyone has any suggestions as to what to do from here on out? specifically, i don't want to keep taking exem/ralox every day from here on out....or should i just taper off now that it's back to normal, watch it, and repeat the process each time it crops up? i just hate the thought of having to buy a years supply and lug this stuff around with me when i travel in the event i have another 'random' gyno flare up and i have problems obtaining the stuff in the future.....

anyone else have random gyno issues when you've been off cycle for a longer-than-average time?

thanks ahead of time for everyone's input....

it is greatly appreciated...

Sorry to hear that bro! It's very odd and maybe the hormones in the muscle milk shakes or something , idk. I don't wanna freak ya out but I knew a guy who had Gyno symptoms and he never juiced, come to find out he had testicular cancer, which makes your hormones(testosterone) spike , so I'm told

other then that I'm stumped

thanks for the input....yeah i had considered that i might be reacting to the ingredients...i'll have to change up my protein source as that's the only way i'll find out...
and i'll check the giggleberries for anything strange lol...

almost makes me want to go back on since i'm already taking anti-e's lol...

Lol fuck it! Get back on something lol

I've experienced this...I haven't touched AAS regularly in years besides some PH here and there. I've been battling with it trying to keep it in check using AI's/Serms. It started off long time ago after a tren cycle and has gotten worse over the years. The PH along with AI/Serms/Anti-p which seems to reduce it while on but it comes back soon after stopping. The AI/Serms/Anti-P help for a little while though. Eventually I'll probably need to get the gland removed or something. It sucks.

ok, that makes me feel a lot better lol...thanks for chiming in....guess i'll just have to suck it up and keep a nice stock of AI/serms to cycle on and off of...never tried an anti-p though....what kind are you using? i wonder if i should add it to the mix to see if it would help any...if i recall, my last cycle a year ago was just 400mg test cyp and 300mg deca, for about 10 weeks...i think i may have thrown in about 3 weeks of winny in the beginning too @50mg eod....and this is the first time the gyno has popped up 'randomly' after all my years of usage....fml lol

This would be an endless topic, frankly. I'm not going to delve every cause of sensitive nipples because it would be a never ending post . The fact is, we tend to panic when we have sensitive nipples because we are super extra concerned about gynecomastia, so we are looking for any and every possible sign. You probably had sensitive nipples "off" cycle at one point before, but didn't give it much thought because you were "off" cycle and chances are of it being gynecomastia are slim to none.
Sensitive nipples can be caused by running, from different type of shirt materials. Could be a cyst that has developed from an infection. Heck, even fluctuation in body temperature can cause nipples to be sensitive. Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) which would indicate any concerns that deserve investigating the liver, diseases such as cirrhosis can cause breast tenderness and sensitivity as well. Again, this could be a sign,"not" a diagnosis.
It's important to note that if you get Lab's, that you have both your progesterone and prolactin tested to see were your at. High progesterone can certainly aggravate this issue. This is generally in the presence of excess estrogen.
There are a million reasons why your nipples are sensitive or puffy. Sure, it's chance that the cause was your steroid use, but the chances of those signs being diagnosed as gyno is slim when compared to developing an actual lump, or a hard spot behind or immediately around your nipple area.
Enlargement of breast tissue is very unnatural in men and your probably be just fine............AnalogMan

I wouldn't just come off letro either without starting a milder anti-E. Letro can cause a rebound affect and shoot your estrogen through the roof when coming off. But I totally agree with analog here, i mean im on cycle and if I think of gyno my nipples start throbbing lol. I think alot of it is in peoples head.

thanks for the input guys....i'll definitely remember to look at my progesterone and prolactin levels when i get my bloodwork done soon...

and they weren't just sensitive, i had a definite painful lump under each one...luckily, they're nice and flat and back to normal now...exem/ralox seem to be the wonder combination for me to shrink/keep the gyno away....

and after 'a lot' of persuasion by Presser, i've decided to say fuck it and go back on hahaha....

lmao, dont blame me for that shit bro lol, in any case glad your gyno issue or symptoms subsided and your back to normal! make sure you have plenty of anti-estrogens and anti-p on hand when you start.

what are you going back on with?

Im glad im not that sensitive to estrogen or pro. Well I do hold alot od water from it but other than that no gyno so far. Been using for years. Keep it under control bro.
