Arnold Calls out Judges

So by now, most people have seen the video from the Arnold, where the man himself calls for changes in the judging. What do you think? Mass monster or get back to the X frame? Make the vacuum pose a mandatory pose?

I'm all for old school symmetry baby! I guess that's where the new physique division is headed minus the board shorts lol

The turtle shell/pregnant guts have to go. I don't care if these guys come in a little smaller. Bring back the vacuum pose.

yes over time i think thats where Mens Physique is heading, or at least I hope so! The IFBB pro mens physique guys have a lot of quality muscle, not massive of course but i would love to see us get to that european symmetrical look !

My all time favorite bodybuilder is Milo Sarcev, when he was Aesthetically pleasing to look at! I always thought i had his body type to i aspired to look like him! I never got into that Marcus Ruhl look

I also did not see or hear Arnold call them out, anyone have the clip to post here for me????

IFBB Pro Milos Sarcev!

Thats the Milo Sarcev I liked! Maybe when he was a little bit bigger i liked him more, but overall, i always aspired to this type of look as I always thought i had his frame

My Buddy Porter, been friends for over 20 years. At 5'6" he was a giant killer.

That is what I am talking about - what I want to be more like. I never understood the huge belly thing going on in body building...I like the symmetry!

I agree with you. Like Arnold said, who really wants to look like the top pros anymore? Mass Monsters are not pleasing to the eye. X frame not Bottle shape.

I always liked Lee Labrada, Francis Benfatto..the greek god look!!!! I like Lee Priest as he can pull offf size and bring the waist down. What happened to Porter,he seemed to just disappear but he probably just did it as a hobby being a fire fighter.??

Who wants a 36 or 38 inch ripped waist...not me.

Porter retired from the IFBB and also the Fire Dept a few years ago and is enjoying life with his wife and family in KY. He also does some personal training.
