Wtf Rich Piana

For the last year or so I have loved watching Rich Piana's videos. He keeps it real, tells it how it is and gives his advice. Big fucking dude and who wouldn't want to take advice from him?!

Well lately his videos seem to be getting preposterous. One of his recent ones especially is just fucking ridiculous. He claims the more you put into something the more you will get out of it. Which I completely agree with. However he takes it way too far! He says the guy eating 12 meals a day, training for 3 hours a day, and sleeping for 10 hours a day will get better results than a guy eating 6 meals a day, training an hour a day and sleeping 6 hours a day. That's fucking bogus! If you sleep ten hours and train for 3 hours that leaves 11 hours in your day to eat 12 meals?! Really?! Who the fuck has the time to eat a meal every 40-50 minutes! You can't even digest by then! I don't think he did the math on this one. Wtf Rich. He claims he use to eat 12 meals a day. I call bull shit.

Lately I get in 7-8 with 5-6 being real food and that's a good day eating every two hours on the mark.

Yeah, that is like Rep. Donald Payne saying 100 million slaves were thrown overboard during the Atlantic crossing when slavery was legal in the western hemisphere...when in reality under 2 million slaves were ever shipped across.

People need to toss a reality check into what they say - keeps them from saying something blatantly stupid.
 
Piana always contradicts himself I just don't read his interviews or listen to his lectures he has some good size and he knows how to train I just think he is full of himself
 
Idk I'm 235 lbs and I could eat 8 meals with no problem. But really it's all about show... people love to be entertained and that's what he does...
 
As for me, I can only work out balls to the wall for an hour or maybe 45 minutes. After that there is nothing left in the tank, and any more time spent in the gym would just cut into my recovery.
 
He's a maniac. I watched a video yesterday where he said to get 15 lb dumbbells and right before you go to bed do three sets non-stop of 100 skullcrushers and 60 hammer curls.
Then go to the bathroom and flex and focus on the huge pump in your arms. Then go to bed. The idea being that: just like watching a scary movie right before bed and then having a bad dream about it, doing the exercises and then looking and focusing on the pump your mind will force your arms will grow massively. I think he called it theatre workout or theory or some shit. BTW you do this everyday for a year!

I am skeptical about what he says. Some I can use and some I do not use.

Yea I'll take everything he says with a large packet of salt. As far as gear talk he seems pretty straight forward but I'm not gonna take training and dieting advice from a guy whose used oil drums worth of synthol and used large amounts of anabolics since his teen years to tell me how to get bigger arms.
 
I spoke with Robby Robinson not specially about Rich but juggling meals and training etc. I realize RR never had the shear size as RP, but he looked great none the less. RR ate 4-5 small meals per day and trained 2 times a day, like a split routine. None of this out of the earth 12 meals which as we all know is impossible to do.....so I will do the Robby thing and try to duplicate him as much as I like Rich.
 
I have to admire the guy- he is pretty close to my age and is a huge guy still- I would be worried about health but hey whatever floats your boat...
And for the record- I don't have a pair of 15 lbs weights next to my bed....
 
he's a jackass...yesterday he posted on his facebook about some huge muscled tatted up guy being questioned for parking his monster truck in handicap spots but then was let go without a ticket or anything...what an asshole for parking in handicap spots...5% he claims but he'll lie, cheat, and steal to do it...fuck that piece of shit

Lol have u tried it , I dont it would be easy yo get to sleep straight after pumping arms or any body part lol for me it take ages to get to sleep even when relaxed lol after the pump and flex no way

Controversy creates coverage and of 1000 people look at a video because it was shared chances are more than one will like it. Never been a big fan of the guy

There is an old thread on the GetBig forum where Piana's former girlfriend spills the beans about Piana. Its a long ass thread, but worth looking at.
 
you could wake up few times during your sleep to eat :) or have your 4 meals and split it so you have 12 :) anyway calories are what matters in the end. But if you are not on gear training too hard will only make you tired and not much bigger

He as an entertainer don't take everything as 100% truth, just as he was talking about melatonan 2, as it it is completely safe and best sh..t out there, but for people who have moles that isn't quite the truth.
