Standard procedure. Woke up, pinned 10iu IM. Bloods drawn 3 hours later. Fasted, no exercise prior.


Results were far higher than I expected. Considering this is considered a GENERIC brand, I was not expecting these results. See for yourself

Now that is a great number! It also takes any degradation due to shipping into account.

I've always worried about that, but the powder is very compact and adheres to the bottom of the vial so it didn't move at all. Was in perfect condition when they got to me
