    Default Experience Oppions I need help

    Im leaving my glutes going to my thigh i've used a 22x1" pin everything was fine the day of but the nxt day my thigh hurted like hell,was my pin the wrong size Or What opinions plz

    Alot of guys hit nerves in their quads. I'd guess thats what you did. Just keep checking make sure it doesnt get red and inflamed. Next time try heating the oil a little bit before you pin and rub the site real good after.

    Bro don't do quads! I hit a nerve about 14 years ago and the entire quad went flaccid and would not flex at all for a year! I've posted about this many times before but quads is awful idea! Doctors said it would never contract again and I found a guy who said try injecting lr3 igf-1 in quad and it started flexing again but atrophy set it in over that year so it took forever to get back to 100% and that's when I started selling igf in our store. I thought I had found the miracle of all miracles and to this day believe it's still the best thing for not just adding muscle but healing all types of injuries

    so long story short do not inject quads ! Or you'll be spending a fortune on igf trying to fix the issue lol
