Third Cycle - Physique PICS

Hi there

I have done 2 cycles

First cycle:
Testosterone enanthate 500mg/week 12wks
Equipoise Boldenon 500mg/week 12wks
arimidex 0.25/EOD 12wks
PCT:
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
Clomid 75/50/50/50
HCG 5000/5000/5000

And I rested for 12 weeks then started my second cycle

Second cycle:
Testosterone enanthate 750mg/week .. 14wks
Equipoise boldenon 600mg/week .. 14wks
Anavar 60mg/day for the last 4 weeks
arimidex 0.50mg/EOD
PCT:
Nolvadex 60/40/20/20
Clomid 100/75/50/50
HCG 5000/5000/5000

I started at 189lbs now im 222lbs

I gained a lil fat with good mount of muscles I rested for 14wks after the second cycle wich is also 14wks

Now I do wanna cut and I may do cut and later on bulk cycle if its possible...

I do wanna add hgh to the list... some coach at my gym recommended to me to add hgh/primobolan to the list

Any advice for my third cycle? should i add or del anything? any advice will be appriecated

as for your next cut cycle, I can say with 100% certainty the following cycle will be the best you've ever taken and cut you up fast while adding pure lean quality muscle:

Tren ace
Prop
Winny
IGF-1 Lr3

You can swap the winny with something else like anavar or eq, but the tren ace and propionate with IGF-1 lr3 are killer together

You can even get away with just the Tren, prop and IGF,

Anyhow welcome and the cycle i listed above is by far the best cutting cycle out there while still adding good amount of muscle and strength!
 
oh and as for the HGH its really pointless if your not gonna take it at least for 6 months or more! I prefer IGF-1 Lr3 over HGH hands down, not even a debate

Still didnt decide if I will compete or not, I never did... I wanna take my time first and understand everything first... I am also mma player 17yrs of competiting/training under my belt will retire soon.

I will give this cycle a try and see whats happens... Should I be on caloric deficit for the whole cycle or wait until i reach my bodyfat goal and then bulk? what do you recommend

IM or SubQ does it make any difference? If no, I will go with SubQ... If yes it makes difference if its IM.... can i do it 1 hr pre workout?

Example I will train chest and biceps today
whats the best thing to do
should i pin my chest right before workout? or can i pin before 1 or 2 hrs? does it required to pin chest if im going to train my chest?

You can use test e instead test p may maker you hold a lil more water also test e is a long ester and test prop is a short ester which means test p needs to be eod and test e you can pin once a week or if doses are higher than 500 mg I prefer at least twice a week on test e

Great transformation bro! Pressers cycle combo is fucking amazing. I've done it a few times myself. I like to run everything all the way through except winny I keep at 6 weeks. I also like a higher tren dose but you can always play with dose as you go. Especially with short ester like ace. Keep us posted on your progress!

where do you put your winny bro, first 6 weeks or last 6 weeks? I like to do it first 4 weeks of cycle then last few weeks of cycle.

Ya I do about the same. About 4 weeks at front of cycle then 3-4 at the end of cycle.

nice! I actually have run the winny in beginning and at end and kept running the winny for 3 weeks after cycle, and found it helped solidify gains and made PCT easier, but that was back in the day, when i would take nice long breaks lol,

--can I ask why you doubled the Arimidex dose from 0.25 to 0.5?
