Preparing for first cycle

so I've been doing some research trying to figure out what my first cycle should be. Freight train has got me going with diet and exercise, I've never really done exercise. It's going good been at it almost a month and decided to add mc igf. Already on a 4 iu day blue top hg, everybody I work with is on cruise that's what got me interested in trying one. I'm new to aas world and think I should log my experience on mc. I'll start the igf Monday and post work out and meals plan from freight train daily. I'm 5'9 207lb I did a bf and it was 22.5. Hand held, I think it's higher but I'll start with that. Freight has answered all my questions and gave excellent guidance on how to reach my goal. I've also got a good bit of info from here, I plan to start igf at 100 a day to really help kick start my body. I plan on 5 more weeks of diet and exercising before I try to get big. I think now is win I need to figure out what to run. Here's what I've got so far.
2 x Sus 250mg/ml
1 decade duration 300mg/ml
1 test e 300mg/ml
2 test 400 400mg/ml
1 eq 300 mg/ml
2 5000 iu Hc
200 iu hg blue top
2 oz clomid 20mg/ml
I originally ordered cruise got tired of waiting on him so I went somewhere else and later the same day the first one came in. So I've Ben three weeks on gh ad igf Monday. Any suggestions for a good first run. If I don't have it I can get it. Thanks mc.

Well let me first congratulate you on taking your health & fitness to the next level by deciding to work with Freight Train and take things serious! Not everyone has that kind of will power!

Now as for a cycle that will help cut you up, and also yield solid muscle gains, well i am like a broken record with this but here it is again:

Testosterone Propionate 200mg eod
Trenbolone Acetate 50-75 eod
Winstrol 25mg daily or 50mg rod
IGF-1 Lr3 50mcgs daily

That cycle right there I have dubbed "The Game Changer" and I have written articles on it many years ago , so you might be able to find my write ups running a sarch for that name gave that cycle.

Long story short, is thats the cycle you will wanna run once you lose the body fat needed, you don't want to start this cycle until your down into the teens of BF%

Now if you wanna run that cycle now, i would highly suggest a thermogenic like ECA or clen, and T3, but all that may be a bit much for you to starry out with, so i would get the diet and BF under control first

Anyhow, i read you said you were doing another 5 weeks of dieting, so if thats the case, then i would run this cycle i suggested after your diet
 
You have never done exercise and your looking to jump right on the juice??!! Bad bad bad idea! Sad really. You need to put in years of training before you jump on gh and juice. Your gonna be one of those guys on steroids that people will question if you even workout. Your likely going to injure yourself as your ligaments and tendons won't be ready for the intensity steroids bring. Slow down be smart and put some natural training years behind. Promise you will regret it if you don't.

No I'm not going to until everything is right , I was thin I started looking into it a little more and got the right advice. This will be a work in progress.

Thats recreational drug testing, gear would have to be tested for specifically
 
Ok I started mc igf with the 2 iu a day gh and had a concern at first. I'm really squeamish when it comes to pens. when I did a igf I got light headed and dizzy but I think it was just from the pen. Did arms today, they feel tight and stiff like the first time I worked out. I think it's the igf, my recovery time was a little shorter between sets to. I have my work out wrote down in tablet so I know what my weight were I started with. I'll be comparing work outs as they go.

Great idea keeping track of it every step of the way brutha, plus you can see what did and didn't work. Light headed and dizzy from IGF could have been you going slightly hypo, how were ur carbs then
 
I think it was the im pin I get the same thing if dr gives me shot. Carbs should be good I'll double check what freight told me but I think I'm close

I'm doing 4 ius of igf. That should be around 50 right.

you multiply everything by 10 to get the mcgs dosage. So the 10 mark is 100mcgs , the 20 mark is 200mcgs, 30 mark is 300mcgs so on and so forth

So 50mcg would be half way up to the 10 marker on the syringe
 
Pg just squared me up on it. Had igf right. Fucked up on gh dose though.

Dont forget the AI serm on hand though.. I know I get E2 problems on low test.. 700mg a week would give me a flare up for sure :upset:
 
so I've Ben on igf for three days waiting to see how things go before posting on mc. Well I had my first proof positive that igf will put you on your ass if you miss a meal after workout. Tonight 5 hours after sq pin of 40mcgs igf I got light headed and dizzy again felt extremely hungry. Didn't get a post meal. So I went to the lunch room and ate my lunch and almost instantly felt normal again. Damn I didn't think igf was that serious so this will be my eye opener to not miss any meals. I am so glad I didn't take what most of you say u take, I probably would have passed out. mc igf real deal.

Update. I'm thinking the igf peaked for 4.5 hours tonight after I ate to get rid of those symptoms earlier. Pin at 445pm got symptoms at 9 pm, ate at 910 pm , the jello feeling in my legs from workout went away also I kept my water intake at 16 oz every ten min. my urine amount was light. around 145 am noticed legs starting to get weak and sore. Urine output doubled, dry mouth subsided but still had a weird taste in mouth. It's 4 am now , not having any symptoms like earlier.
