Some of you newer guys may not know of him, and most of you vets do, as he was a fixture here for years as a Site Representative and a MuscleChemistry.com Sponsored Athlete as well!

My heart and prayers go out to his family, and especially his little girl!

Very sad stuff! Chris Stepped away a couple years back due to Heart Problems, and took a break, however he resurfaced elsewhere and started a podcast and such, and I think was prepping for masters nationals.

I do not know for sure but a lot of talk on the other sites is this may NOT have been health related. What that means I do NOT know exactly but its a sad day none the less!

I remember when I first joined the site - reading posts by him. He will be missed - Requiem in Pace, Chris.

i remember first talking to chris nearly a decade ago...he was always very candid and humble and a great guy...my condolences to gracie, sarah, and all others who were close to him...RIP

I'm stunned and numb. Chris was a big help to me and a good friend. He will be missed.

Yah I'm still taken back by this! Can't wrap my head around it! If anyone's knows if there's some type of donation online for his family lemme know

Chris was a great man and father to his little girl. I'm going to miss him so much. Some of the best times in my life was training with Chris.

I didn't have the pleasure of knowing him but RIP.

He was a real solid brutha bro, you would of liked him a lot! He was a solid competitor and still took the time to help and talk to anyone who asked for his guidance!

As I said he was with us here for a long while as a Site Rep then as our Site Director as he loved this stuff and wanted to really each as many people as possible.

My stomach is literally turning right now thinking about his little girl! I think what my kids would think or feel if i passed away and it breaks my fucking heart man!

Again if anyone knows or sees any type of online fund for chris's family please let me know, not sure if he had life insurance or not, but i would certainly like to help his family out if anyone sets up a collection for his family. Chris250 was well known on every board out there, and had a huge following, so Im hoping someone does something for his family. if not, then Maybe I will Set up a Fund and take donation for his family! I don't wanna offend his wife or family though if I set up a fund, but Chris did reach / touch a lot of his brothers and sisters, so I think a lot of people would be happy to help!
