IM injection for steroids should be doen twith the Z-Tracking technique to prevent bleeding and the oil from leaking out.

I do this for sites where I can reach. I find it hard to do with delts, but thigh and glutes are no problem.

I am old school. I just jab straight in. Sometimes I will nick a vein and the pin site will bleed a little bit. I have never had any oil back and spill out of the pin site.
