no shave November = no train November
Well after a lazy month its time to get myself back...December to march here is my plan:
Mon/wed/fri shots-1500mg test cyp/wk, 900mg eq/wk
ed-80mg tbol 8wks on 4 off
M-f 20mcg bilaterally (40ed m-f) igf-lr3 4 weeks on/4 weeks off half hour before training or same time non training days

Well the igf and eq are kicking in already...sleeping heavy and crazy dreams up till alarm goes off and metabolism already hyperactive..
Had to have wife bring more food to me at work because I ate everything I brought with and was feeling hunger nausea and shaky...down 3lbs with initial metabolism spike..bodyweight should creep slowly over next 12-14 weeksPresser liked this post
