Ok guys, thanks to the generosity of the admins here at muscle chemistry you all now have access to my free diet advice thread in the new diet section.

I will be in the diet section regularly answering questions on threads and responding to the free diet advice thread...

remember guys, being on a cycle with poor nutrition is like being in a ferrari with no gas in the tank. I feels amazing to be there, but youre never gonna get anywhere.. make sure your nutrition is on point.

you wont believe the changes a quick critique from me can make in your results..

What's your feels on intermittent fasting? I know frOm what i have read that you're not really for it, but tell me why.

im a fan of macro timing.. there are alot of contradicting studies done on macro timing vs IF dieting..

some will say so long as you hit your caloric intake in the day timing doesn't matter..

im a sports nutritionist.. that means i make diets for athletes... in bodybuilding you can get away with IF dieting.. an endurance athlete cannot..

IF dieting makes outlandish claims on GH production due to fasting.. thats one of the reasons i dont like it..

and youre pretty much starving yourself half the day.. there havent been enough studies to show the effects of IF dieting on metabolism over a extended period of time..

we dont live in the stone age.. we are not hunter gatherers anymore.. we dont need to starve.. its ok to fuel your body every 3 to 4 hours lol..

there are a great many philosophies of dieting out there... the right one is the one that works for you optimally.. im not here to bash anyone or anything so long as its sound for their goals
 
I am still a hunter / gatherer...I hunt through Sam's Club for the choicest parcels of chicken, turkey, and beef and then I gather them all up in my cart to take home. :)I then eat 5 to 6 times a day, depending on if I worked out that day or not.
