Deca causing bad cramps!
So after about 10 yrs, I decided to try deca again. Just came off two rotator cuff surgeries and two bicep relocations so i wanted to give deca a try again to help me build up my strength in the tendons. After three weeks I started to get bad cramps, gas like pains in my upper left rib cage. I stopped this week and they have subsided greatly. My question here is, what would be my next best option to help with the strengthening of my tendons? Please do not give me information on what you have read or heard of someone taking. I want to know some personal experience. Thanks in advance.

You know..... I kinda thought that at first but it is actually gas pains, because I do belch or pass gas, and it temporarily goes away. It's weird but happened last time I took deca. I have NPP and going to try it and drink a ass load of water. Since NPP will get out of my system faster I have no issues with trying it. Definitely don't want to take deca again. Thanks

I ALWAYS ALWAYS get cramps on deca. Mainly in my ass muscles lol. When I go to bend over or put on socks I end up on the floor in agony. My abs cramp up also....
I've notice significant joint relief on anavar myself. Not sure how you feel about SARMS but ostarine (mk-2866) has also provided very quick relief from joint pain.

I will agree with that. There is some other problem that causes cramps. It is in your digestive tract. Only a doctor would know. Possibly a gastroenterologist. They specialize in digestive problems.
By the way NPP and Deca Durabolin are the same drug, Nandrolone. One ester releases the hormone in 3 days, the other over 10 days.
