    Well I'm 38 6'3" 235 13% body fat maybe less
    I'm doing my favorite stack
    Test,tren,master
    I'm running
    Test 750 mg
    Tren 500 mg
    Masteron 600 mg
    I just finished week 5 SD
    Week 1-4 20 mg and 30 last week
    Very dry and clean gains strongest and favorite oral.
    I started with a fast ester mix 2 pharamacon
    And slowly altered to slow esters.
    I was on imporium,blackstar,and trulabs,also stealth gear.

    How did you find the superdrol? My understanding is that it blows you up but once you come off your more or less back to where you started so the gains aren't quality ?

    I was doing 5 plates front and 4 back leg curls.I have bad knees so I hit 225 20 reps squats and 140 sitting calf raises and 185 standing.

    Well I hung a shit load of drywall today so I was beet.pinned and went at the last.4 plates on seated hammer rows 15 reps 6 sets
    Bent over rows 4.5 plates 12 reps 7 sets
    4 plates wide grip pull downs and some traps and peek biceps .nothing major I am beeeet.....

    Well I went shoulders and did 6 sets of shoulder press last set was 135 12 reps
    Hit back shoulder muscle with 35 pound dumbbells 6 sets
    And side muscle with 25 pound dumbbells 6 sets of 12-15 reps
    And some abs.

    Skulls 5 sets 100-115 12 reps
    Overhead cables 6 sets 90-100 12 reps

    Incline hammers 40 pounder 6 sets of 12
    Straight bat 100-115 6 sets of 12
    Off the knee for peek 35 pounders 6 sets of 12
    And some forearm too

    Straight bar 185 6 sets of 10
    Close grip Cable raises 125 6 sets of 20

    Today was back day.I'm not sure what the exercises were but it was the olypic bar with chains and two hand grip bent forward 6 sets last set 3 45 plates and a 10 10 reps
    Seated wide curl grip 4 45 plates 6 sets 12
    Lat pull downs 4-45 plates and 2-10 plates 6 sets of 15
    And my favorite ones of the day 21 for biceps curl grip 4 sets hammer 21 4 sets and reverse cyrl 21-4 sets ouch on burning.

    Feeling drained today but still hit shoulders

    6 sets shoulder press last set 135 8 reps shoulders were soar from my week of drywall

    Back muscle seated leaned with 35 pounders 6-15 reps

    Side raises 25 pounders 6-12 reps

    And some squats 5 sets of 205 until almost failed and some calf work

    Yeah I had some elbo issues today dropped to 85-90 and form was better and pumps were unreal.think I'm gonna go light for another week then go for a heavier routine.I think I was pushingvthem out with shitty form.

    Well yesterdays was traps killed it soar as hell but this morning I was hanging drywall ceilings so my shoulders are shot

    Incline got up to 185 12 reps😕7 sets and flat the same 185 7 sets of 15😬😢and did close grip tri ceps 135 5 sets of 20😴

    Cables 50-90 pounds 6 sets 15-10 a set

    Incline curls 30-40 6 sets 15-10 reps

    Skullcrushers 75-100 pounds 6 sets 12-10 reps

    Straight bar curls wide grip 75-100 6 sets 12-8 reps

    Over the head trip CEP extentions 40 pound dumbells 6 sets of 15

    Reverse curl straight bar 65 pounds 6 sets of 12

    Now I'm gonna say it was a combo of the orals kicking in the pump juice and the taking most of last week off but best pumps I have ever had ,EVER!!!!

    This is not quite true! Gainz made vs gains kept will be dictated mainly by you. You must continue to eat and train as hard off cycle as you did on cycle.
    Plus , if your running other gear such as above. Sd is just a kickstart until your
    Your long esters start kicking in, so there will,be no drop off at all! Timing of your products is very crucial to maximize net gainz vs kept gainz. And this goes right into your pct

    OK drunk some pump juice and went for chest.incline 135-195 7 sets 15-8 reps.fault bench 135-205 7 sets 15-10 reps and then some cable pull downs.80 pounds 6 sets of 15.feeling real drained and tired today.I think I need more sleep.

    So far everything is still smooth after switching to pct shop,still a little aggressive and waking up with painful erections.gonna bump up my test dose next week from 750-900 for last nine weeks.

    Bamb a scoop of pump juice 20 mg anavar and 20 mg tbol and it was legs front leg press 4-5 plates 6 sets of 15-10.reverse Leg curl 4 plates 6 se5s or 10.squats 135-190 6 sets 15-8 reps.calf raises 4 plates 8 sets of 15.....forgot to weigh my self today yesterday I was 240.
