Hey all!

Time is here for my first legit tren cycle. the last cycle I did turned out to be deca instead of tren.....sooooo I'm hoping this will be much better! I blew up like a house on my last cycle, so I have a nice frame to work from now!

I am going to be running tren ace and test prop.

Weeks 1-12
100mg Tren Ace @ 100mg EOD
100mg Test Prop @ 100mg EOD
MC anti-estro as needed
MC anti-P as needed
Asin as needed
MC Igf-1 8)

PCT (3 days after last pin)

Clomid @ 100/50/25/25

I will be doing a 2 day split. Upper/Lower. Cardio will be 45 minutes every day either pre or post workout. I will update any changes to this routine as the log ensues. I will update my weight weekly, and my workout logs daily. I will update my measurements bi-weekly, as well as progress pictures.

Thursday - Lower
Friday - Upper

GOALS:
1. Reduce bf% as much as possible. Goal % is 10%
2. Reduce weight to ~210
3. Get shredded as fuck!!!!

This is hopefully going to be my last cycle before I compete. I do not think I'll be able to get to stage % from where I am at in 12 weeks. 10% bf is my goal, and from there I will contest prep myself.

As soon as product arrives, It shall begin!!!

Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't the PCT start 3 days after last pin not 2 weeks when running ace and prop ?

My stats atm are

5'10"
240 lbs
~18%bf

I'm going to have one of my colleagues do measurements for me before I start.

A common Tren side effect is poor cardio. Tren really puts a hurting on it. You may need to do a split routine for your cardio session. 2 twenty minute sessions a day works for me. Just keep in mind Tren Kills Cardio

Yea I'm not looking forward to the poor cardio. But the way my schedule is, I'm gonna try as hard as possible to do it in one bout. I will of course adjust as needed though.

The Tren SE cardio sneaks up on you and then boom. I hope you make it deep into your cycle with its use. If you can get your hands on Valium, use Benadryl, even a shot of clean vodka- Grey Goose. Asprin is so good. Good luck man!

I like the 2 day split!

I'm an exercise physiologist. Bachelor degree in exercise science, and multiple professional certifications. I personally think way too many people do way to crazy of splits. If a person is natty, there really isn't even a reason to do a split, honestly. Doing a full body routine three times a week will elicit gains. When you're on gear, I feel a P/P/L or a Upper/Lower split is best, because this way you are working all muscle groups three times a week. You're able to push your body more, and in the end I believe an athlete will gain much more by steering clear of these "bi and tri" day kind of splits.

Crush it!,
So getting back to the convo.... I been doing p/p/l for a while now based on what you wrote above. Only I'm on trt.
What I'm noticing is my arms are lagging. So I now just recently started a 4 day split and do tris on back day and bis on chest day .
One other thing I was thinking of doing was p/p/l/arms/rest repeat. ... I'm gonna be kicking off a blast in about 6 weeks.

But what I wanted to ask you is one of your upper body days arms?

It depends on the day. I listen to my body very closely when I do my Upper/Lower split. If I feel I need to give a certain muscle group more rest, I do. If I feel I need to ramp it up on a certain muscle group, I do. As for your question, no, I have never done an arm day, nor will I ever. I find an arm day completely useless in the greater picture. I do arms on my upper body day. Every single movement I do involves either bicep or tricep. If I feel my arms didn't get enough work that day, I will throw in more isolation movements at the end of that workout, as I do not want to over fatigue my bi's and tri's before doing the more compound movements.

Looking forward to the log. Btw doesn't the upper/lower split make for a long day at the gym? Especially with 45 min of cardio thrown in.
