Superdrol painful back pumps and headache

MUCH BIGGER

I am one week in on using Superdrol (20mg Ed divided into two doses) and have just began getting painful lower back pumps. I am up 6lbs this week and I know it's water weight. Also I take 81mg of aspirin 4 times a day and that really helps with the blood pressure induced headaches. Is there anything I can do for the lower back pumps besides stretch and sit for a few minutes until it subsides? I don't always have the option to sit down at work.

I'm having the same issue but taking 50mg a day and I'm about to go donate blood and see if that helps.

In my experience that's just the process of admission. Taurine will help, but you get so pumped up in that stuff so fast that it's almost unavoidable

Thanks for the advice guys. Will be picking up some taurine. Unzipped my water intake also and that seemed to help some.

Another overlooked supplement for muscle cramping and tightness is magnesium. It's quite common for weight lifters to have a magnesium deficiency which can lead to painful cramping and spasms. Worked better for me than taurine.

Why not drop to 10mg if 20ng is giving you problems ?

thats best advice ive heard all day so far lol, I had to go from 20mg daily of superdrol down to 10mg , and 10mg super drol still worked wonders for me
